Scope
We scope server installation, Odoo deployment, access controls, database and filestore backups, monitoring and maintenance around your edition, users, integrations and hosting provider. Hosting charges and ongoing support are agreed separately.
How we approach it
- Review the current environment, workloads and responsibilities.
- Prepare and test the installation in a separate environment.
- Validate access, backups and restoration before planning the production change.
- Document the handover and agree ongoing maintenance ownership.
What you receive
The agreed scope can include an environment inventory, deployment configuration, backup and restore procedure, monitoring checklist and administrator handover. Recovery objectives and support coverage must be defined in the proposal.
